Short answer: This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no trackers and has no forms, so it collects no personal data from you at all. The web host keeps standard server logs. If you click the affiliate button, ClickBank sets its own cookie on their side, and that is the one thing worth reading about below.
Most privacy policies are long because the site is doing a lot. This one is short for the opposite reason.

This site is hosted by Hostinger. Like effectively every web server, theirs records standard access logs when a page is requested: the IP address, the time, the page requested, and the browser's user-agent string. That happens at the hosting layer, not in the page, and it happens whether or not I want it. I do not use those logs to build any profile of you, and I do not connect them to anything else. Hostinger's own privacy terms govern how long they are kept.
The pages here do not write to local storage or session storage. Anything your browser remembers about this site — history, cache, a bookmark — is your browser's doing and stays on your device.
The orange buttons in the review are affiliate links. Clicking one sends you to ClickBank, the retailer that sells the product, and ClickBank sets a cookie on their side to record that you arrived from this site. If you then buy, that cookie is how they know to pay me a commission. You pay exactly the same price either way; nothing is added for you.
That cookie is placed and read by ClickBank, not by me. I never see it, and I never see who you are. What reaches me is a commission line in a ClickBank report: an amount and a date, with no name, no email address and no card details attached. I could not identify a buyer from it if I wanted to.
If you would rather not be counted that way, you can reach the product by typing the seller's address into your browser directly instead of using the buttons here. That costs me the commission and costs you nothing, and you are entitled to do it.
Once you are on ClickBank's site, or the seller's, their privacy policies apply and mine stops applying. The same is true of the two research papers linked in the review, at nature.com and cell.com. I have no control over any of those and no visibility into them.
This site reviews a product for adults and is not directed at children. I do not knowingly collect anything from anyone, of any age, for the reasons set out above.
Rules like the GDPR and the CCPA give you the right to ask what personal data a site holds about you, to correct it, and to have it deleted. The honest answer here is that this site holds none, so there is nothing to hand over, correct or erase. For the server logs described above, the holder is the hosting provider, and for anything connected to a purchase, the holder is ClickBank — those requests have to go to them, because they are the ones with the data.
If this site ever adds analytics, a mailing list, a contact form or anything else that collects data, this page gets rewritten before that goes live, and the effective date at the top changes. It will not be edited quietly.
This site does not run an inbox, so there is no address here to write to about privacy either — and since nothing is collected, there is nothing to ask about.
